1. Who we are

BaasPub is offered by BaasLabz, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 42142492. The full details are at the bottom of every page. Questions about your order or about these terms go to support@baaslabz.nl.

2. What these terms cover

These terms apply to every offer on this website and to every agreement that follows from it. If we agree on something different, we confirm it in writing. Only then does that exception apply.

3. What you buy

You buy an access pass to BaasPub: a web service for building quizzes and playing them live on a big screen while your guests join in on their phones. There is a month pass and a year pass.

The month pass gives thirty-one days of access, the year pass three hundred and sixty-six days. The period starts the moment your payment is confirmed. If you buy a new pass while the old one is still running, the new period is added on top.

The service is delivered as described on this website at the time of purchase. We keep developing it, but we do not promise any specific future feature.

4. What you need yourself

You need a computer with a modern browser, an internet connection and a screen: a TV or projector for the host view. Your guests play in the browser on their phone and install nothing.

Video comes from YouTube. Some clips are not allowed by the rights holder to play outside YouTube. That is up to YouTube, not up to us; pick another clip, a photo or plain text in that case.

5. Prices and payment

All prices are in euros and include VAT. Payment is by iDEAL through our payment provider Pay. We do not process or store your payment details ourselves.

The agreement is concluded the moment Pay. confirms your payment. Your pass opens right after that.

6. Renewing and stopping

There is no automatic renewal and no recurring direct debit. Your pass ends on the last day of the period you bought. So there is nothing to cancel: to continue, you buy a new period yourself.

When your pass ends, your quizzes and earlier results simply stay. You just cannot build a new round or start a live session until you have an active pass again.

7. Right of withdrawal

As a consumer you have fourteen days to withdraw, counted from the day of purchase, without giving a reason. Let us know within that period by email to support@baaslabz.nl.

BaasPub is available immediately after payment. If you already used it during the withdrawal period, we settle pro rata: you pay for the days your pass was open and get the rest back. If you used nothing, you get the full amount back.

We refund within fourteen days of your notice, to the account you paid from.

8. What we expect from you

Your account is yours. Do not share your password, and tell us if you suspect someone else has access.

You are responsible for the content of your quizzes: the questions, the clips you pick and the images. Make sure you are allowed to use the material and that you post nothing unlawful or offensive. In case of misuse we may close an account; if that turns out to be unjustified, we refund the remaining period.

9. Availability

We do our best to keep the service running, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. We schedule maintenance outside the evening hours where we can, because that is when quizzes happen.

If the service is down for a longer stretch because of a fault on our side, let us know. We extend your pass by the days you could not use it.

10. Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the current period. Your statutory consumer rights apply in addition to this.

11. Complaints and applicable law

Send a complaint to support@baaslabz.nl. We respond within fourteen days. Dutch law applies to these terms.
